Owned and operated by Lutheran Senior Services, Halls Ferry Manor provides comfortable, affordable housing for adults age 62 and better. Located just off Highway 367, this HUD 202 community offers easy access to everywhere, so you can keep living your life the way you want. Come get to know our friendly, knowledgeable staff and sample the rich social life that Halls Ferry Manor has to offer.

EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill is now accepting housing applications, marking a milestone that brings us closer to welcoming residents into this vibrant, mixed-income community.

Slated to open March 2026, EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo will be EverTrue's newest Affordable Housing Community, meeting a need for stable and safe housing for older adults in St. Louis City.

🗓️You can apply in person until 3 pm today, December 9, at Das Bevo, 4749 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116.

After more than a decade of service, we celebrate the retirement of Chaplain Bob Briggs—a man whose second career became his true calling. 🙏

Chaplain Bob served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force before a life-changing car accident led him to finally follow his long-felt pull toward ministry. Since then, he has touched countless lives across multiple EverTrue communities, offering compassion, mentorship and the love of Jesus in every interaction.

Join us in thanking Chaplain Bob for his extraordinary service and wishing him joy and rest in this next chapter.

EverTrue and St. Andrews Resources for Seniors System have agreed to an affiliation where specific communities, programs and services of the St. Andrews’s system will become part of EverTrue.

EverTrue will lead and operate two Life Plan Communities, six Affordable Housing Communities, a specialized 55+ community, St. Andrew’s In-Home Services, and St. Andrew’s philanthropic activities, supporting team members and residents with its EverTrue world-class programs and services. Approximately 450 employees are included in the affiliation.

“As EverTrue, our mission of Older Adults Living Life to the Fullest, means we are dedicated to being innovative in not only the services and care we provide, but also our role in the older adult living industry,” said Adam Marles, President and CEO of EverTrue. “This affiliation will help us compete for talent, advance our focus on total well-being, all while aligning our commonalities, such as our faith-based offerings.”

Today, we join Christians around the world in recognizing Reformation Day, remembering the courage and faith of Martin Luther, the German theologian and religious reformer who was a key figure in the 16th-century Protestant Reformation.

On October 31, 1517, Luther’s bold act of sharing his Ninety-Five Theses helped spark a movement that today carries forward in our mission and purpose.

As we reflect today, may we all be inspired to keep growing, keep learning and keep trusting.
