‼️‼️PLEASE READ‼️‼️An annual renewal is a federally required process that checks if a participant is still eligible for MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid) each year. This process has been on hold for three years due to COVID-19 but is now active again.
Annual renewals will be required around the anniversary of when your coverage began. It’s important to note there are some exceptions, so be sure to watch your mail for important information from the Family Support Division.

Due to inclement weather conditions and for the safety of our staff, we have elected to close our office.

Our phones will still be monitored by our field manager and director. However, our main office location will be closed for business. We expect to be able to reopen tomorrow, Tuesday, at our normal time of 9am.
