We are currently accepting diaper and hygiene items for immediate distribution for tornado relief. This includes toilet paper, diapers (high demand for larger sizes), menstrual hygiene products, soaps, laundry detergents and related products. The unexpected death of U.S. Olympic sprinter Tori Bowie is putting a spotlight on a pregnancy complication that disproportionately impacts Black women. Bowie, who was around eight months pregnant and was in labor, died last month at her home in Florida.

The autopsy report, obtained by ABC News, ruled that Bowie's death was "natural," noting that possible complications included respiratory distress and eclampsia. As a Black woman, Bowie, a three-time Olympic medalist, was among the population most affected by preeclampsia, data shows. Tap the link in bio for more.
