But that’s not all — we also accept gently used medical equipment donations and offer them FREE to anyone in our community who can benefit. We believe in making sure no equipment goes unused when someone needs it.

Please donate your unwanted clothes to nursing homes before you donate to Goodwill. Some folks don’t have family members who provide clothing and they don’t have money or the physical ability to buy their own clothing. It’s so sad helping dress people in the same 3 outfits that have rips, holes, or missing buttons on them. Send them to someone who could use them so they do not have to wear the same things over and over until they are worn out. COPY AND PASTE. KEEP IT GOING❣️☺️

COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAM (CCP)

Established in 1979 , the Illinois Department on Aging’s Community Care Program helps older adults who might otherwise need nursing home care to remain in their homes by providing in-home and community-based services to adults who have difficulty with household and personal care tasks.

These core services include in-home comprehensive care, adult day services, emergency home response services, and automated medication dispenser services.

The COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAM is available to any person who requests services and meets all current eligibility requirements.

Our geographic service area includes, St Clair, Madison, Washington, Monroe, Clinton and MaCoupin Counties.
