Let’s talk about PROBIOTICS! 🦠🙌
As many of you know, I’m taking a good amount of probiotics while I’m going through treatment, and it’s been such an important part of supporting my body naturally.
Why is that? Probiotics are especially important when you’re on strong antibiotics because antibiotics don’t just kill the bad bacteria, they wipe out a lot of the good bacteria in your gut as well.
So what are probiotics…?
They’re the GOOD bacteria your gut NEEDS to stay balanced! Your gut isn’t just about digestion, it plays a huge role in your immune system, skin, mood, and overall health!!
When your gut is off (from stress, diet, antibiotics, etc.), everything else can feel off too.

I like getting mine from both supplements and real food sources like cultured coconut and this probiotic juice.
