💧 What is POTS?
Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) is a condition where the nervous system struggles to regulate blood flow. When standing, the heart rate increases abnormally, leading to a range of symptoms.

Common symptoms include:
• Dizziness or lightheadedness
