Our Story
Yoga classes for toddlers through teens!
Mommy and baby classes, too.
Toddlers (strong walker-teens): These classes are designed for a parent/caregiver with the child. Come enjoy a yoga adventure, some music and some fun with your child!
Preschool (3-5): These classes are designed for children who have attended a drop off program. They will enjoy a warm up, a yoga adventure and some fun and games. Games are geared towards developing balance, focus and listening skills.
Early elementary (6-9):
These classes will begin with a sun salutation sequence and feature fun games and challenging poses. Your child will build core strength and confidence while having some fun!
Tween (10-13) and teen classes will be guided by the interests and energy of the kids when they arrive at class. Do they need to let some energy out? Relax and play some silly games to unwind after their day? The lives of middle and high schoolers these days can be stressful, what better way to get some movement and relaxation in?
All classes are designed to be non-competitive and foster a positive environment. Class descriptions above are an idea of what classes will look like and subject to change based on the week and group of children.
