✨ CT Power Yoga Member Appreciation – Next Sunday at 9:15 AM ✨

We’re excited to partner with Evolve Physical Therapy & Wellness to bring our community something special!

Next Sunday at 9:15 AM, all CT Power Yoga members are invited to enjoy a free 10-minute recovery session with the Evolve PT team.
These personalized mini-sessions may include:

• Targeted stretching
• Cupping
• Soft-tissue work
• Mobility support
• Quick recovery before or after class
• A chance to talk with a licensed PT about any aches, pains, or movement questions

Evolve Physical Therapy is an in-network clinic located right down the road on Summer Street in Stamford and is known for their exceptional care and 5-star service. We’re thrilled to offer this experience to our community.
