Here’s the truth for women 50+:
• Weight training builds muscle & strengthens bones

Hi, I’m Angel, a personal trainer for over 17 years — and I started my fitness journey at 48, just like many of you.
I specialize in WEIGHT TRAINING ONLY for women in midlife and beyond — because cardio alone will not protect your bones, your muscles, or your confidence as you age.
