After a 20-year career in counseling and education, I embarked on a new career completing a 757 hour massage certification program through Cedar Stone School of Massage in Harrisonburg. I am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, joint mobilization, sports medicine, and lymphatic drainage. My training revolves around the use of hot stones and I love to incorporate them into my treatments. My passion is helping my clients relax, manage pain, and find some calm in their often hectic and overwhelming lives. When I’m not massaging you can find me spending time with my partner, my pups, a good book, or a glass of wine!
