Now Hiring: Overnight Direct Support or Respite Help – Stuarts Draft, VA

A provider in Stuarts Draft is seeking reliable and compassionate overnight help to support her adult son in the home setting. The individual is typically awake during the night and benefits from attentive, hands-on assistance.

Ideal Candidate:
• Patient, dependable, and comfortable working overnight
• Experienced or willing to work with someone who is nonverbal and may be loud at times
• Kind, understanding, and able to follow established routines
• Committed to ensuring comfort, engagement, and safety throughout the night

Schedule: Overnight shifts (hours to be discussed)
Location: Private home in Stuarts Draft, VA
Compensation: Based on experience
