Lot's of fun shared this morning with this gathering of FABULOUS women for the Fermentation Workshop!! Thank you so much for sharing your time, experiences and wisdom with me. I feel so blessed to have met you all! Looking forward to staying connected. WELCOME to the Fermentation Revivalists group. We are growing! :)
The bowl and the jar in these photos, and all the jars you took home with you to ferment, are filled with the 'fruits of our labor', created together in the workshop. Now this 'super-food' and all the microbiota get to flourish, co-mingle, repopulate, and turn into an abundant source of nourishment and healing for US! :)

And for DIY people, come join us in the FERMENTATION WORKSHOP May 21st to taste MANY more exciting flavors using all kinds of different foods and learn how to make them yourself. Whoo Hoo...There's still room to join in. I'm so excited and looking forward to getting together with you for the workshop this Saturday. Here are some photos to peak your interest even more and wet your appetite for the foods I've been preparing to taste and learn how to make!
We'll also be learning about 'why' and 'how' these superfoods are so healthy and vital for us to consume. See you Saturday! We'll be done at 1:00 so you can enjoy the rest of your day doing other things too.
