WE ARE HIRING Mental Health Technicians to work in our CCS programs with youth and adult clients!

Have you been wanting to get into the Mental Health field and are unsure where to start?! Take advantage of paid training, paid holidays, and paid VACATION! Previous Mental Health experience is preferred, but not necessary. We WILL train you to succeed!

What Does a Mental Health Technician Do?

Employees will work with individuals in their homes, communities, and occasional program sites, assisting them with their mental health needs and tasks that may otherwise prohibit them from maintaining their independence.
· Provide support and services to individuals with varying diagnoses and disorders (ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum, AODA, Personality, Mood, Emotional, etc.)
· Assist with social skills, coping skills, daily living skills, medication monitoring, and connecting to community resources.

Qualifications:
· Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
· Candidates must have a valid driver license.
· Company vehicles may be provided while on shift when available. (Employees will be required to utilize their personal vehicles for work purposes when company vehicles cannot be provided. Mileage reimbursement and hourly drive time will be provided in these instances).
-Employees must have flexible availability, often working split shifts that could start earlier in the morning or later in the evening. Rotating weekends are a requirement.

Starting pay is $13.00/hour. (A starting wage of $16.00/hour is available for individuals with a qualifying bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare or Education). A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

More About this Role!
This Mental Health program focuses on a holistic approach to community living by supporting a diverse set of mental health needs, vocational training opportunities and social interaction. The Rural Community Concept (RCC) is a community setting situated on 80 acres of farm and forested land in North Central Wisconsin. The goal for those at the RCC is eventual transition back into their home community or a traditional community setting.

Responsibilities of Staff:

• Provide support and services to individuals with varying diagnoses and disorders (ADHD, AODA, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum, Personality, Mood, etc.)
• Assist with social skills, coping skills, daily living skills, engaging activities, medication monitoring, and connecting to community resources.
