🎶Wiggle those toes, feel the beat! 🎶

It’s National Wiggle Your Toes Day! And in music therapy, even the smallest movements—like wiggling your toes—can be powerful tools. Paired with rhythm and melody, they help with motor skills, sensory awareness, and emotional expression. Because healing doesn’t always start with words... sometimes it starts with a song and a little toe tap.

Songs to wiggle your toes to:
Wiggle & Tickle Your Toes by Kath Bee
Wiggle Your Toes by Becky Bops Bops
… And of course: Head, Shoulders, Knees, and TOES 👣🎵
