This month in our RCAC building, we’re focusing on self-care—because caring for yourself matters at every age.

As we grow older, self-care doesn't need to be extravagant (unless you want it to be 🤭).

It can be as simple as resting when needed, enjoying a hand massage during Nail Spa, laughing together during Bingo or taking time to honor this NOW moment.

Honor what feels good today.

Take it one day at a time.

Be kind to your body, it's gotten you this far. 🥰

Be kind to your mind, feed it good thoughts. 🧠

Our residents smile ear to ear when I add a new card to our collection. ☺️

Our goal is to get at least 1 card from each U.S. state.
