Second Lift Lab session in the books ๐ช๐ฅ
We start with bodyweight exercises to activate the muscles weโll be using.
Then we add light weight to dial in technique.
By the end of class, we load it up a little heavier and put that form to work. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
The goal is simple:
โข Learn proper form โ๏ธ
โข Prevent injury ๐ก๏ธ
โข Build strength to lift heavier and get better results ๐
