Come and experience a Shamanic Guided Meditation Sound Bath! This is an immersive experience where you are bathed in healing vibrations. You simply lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds wash over and through you. The instruments are carefully played to create frequencies that support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance.

This experience will be guided by Karen Triana, a Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Shamanic guide. She has been working for many years with sacred sound, energy, and intuitive practices to help people release stress, reconnect with themselves, and awaken their inner wisdom. Her work blends traditional sound therapy -- using instruments like crystal singing bowls, frame drums, chimes, and voice -- with shamanic guidance and meditation.

Every sound bath is different, but common experiences include:
Deep relaxation and stress relief
Vivid imagery or symbolic messages
A sense of connection with spirit animals, ancestors, or natural elements
Emotional release and energetic cleansing
A renewed sense of clarity, peace, and balance.
If you would like to participate in this event, please scan the QR code on the flyer and you will be redirected to Karen's booking site. # #

Typical Travel Range:
Quiet Conditions: A large gong struck forcefully can be heard up to 1–2 miles (1.6–3.2 km) in quiet environments.
Urban or Noisy Conditions: The range reduces to a few hundred meters due to background noise and sound absorption by structures.
Special Cases: With perfect conditions (e.g., still air and low background noise), sound waves from a gong may travel over several miles.
If you're curious about a specific gong's range, it would be influenced by its size, material, and the environment where it's played.
