Stretching your hamstrings but still feeling tight? 🤔
For today’s Trainer Tip Tuesday, Coach Devon breaks down why a proper hamstring stretch isn’t just about reaching for your toes.
Your hamstrings run from the hips, down the back of the leg, and connect near the knee. That means an effective stretch needs to involve more than one joint. When you include the hips, knees, and calves, you get a stretch that actually works and supports better overall movement.
This small adjustment can make a big difference in flexibility and how your lower body feels during training.
