Hardest surgery I think is revisional bunions after distal head procedures!! Crooked bone with severe rotation! Forget the guessing and how to cut or how much rotation. GIVE THEM THE I-BUNION. PSI patient specific cut guide and compressor. 100% accurate, and sooo many less steps and in this case her bone was soft hence the extra screw. But I did some MIS too just to appease people who don’t believe in Lapiplasty. Hahaha.

One of my favorite procedures to do since I was instrumental for podiatrists to harvest from the thigh in Ohio! But now with the addition of myriad morsels mixed with PRP I can get amazing healing in 7-10 days. I did apply a proven vac also! Happy healing to my surgeons!! ❤️

Fellowship in so many ways. Dr minniti completed her fellowship and we at Ohio Foot and Ankle Center passed another milestone of 19 years that my staff had stuck it out with me!!! Love them.
