Happy New Year!
As we step into a new year, many of us are feeling the quiet invitation to let go of what’s no longer serving us — the habits, expectations, or survival strategies that helped us get here, but are now asking to be released.
And in that space, there’s also the possibility of new beginnings, of reconnecting with our bodies, our breath, and our deepest values.
For me, this new year marks a shift in my own path.
After years of practicing as a holistic psychiatrist, I’m expanding into something new:
