My main focus is on First Responders, Military, and Veteran Health and Life. I am a Life and Health Coach not a Counselor or Psychiatrist. I help individuals deal with the stress and pressures in everyday functions only these groups know. I am a Marine Veteran, Firefighter Paramedic and Certified Life and Health Coach.
