Yes it is true that black widows travel in produce. By the way you should never give your dogs grapes or raisins as they are toxic.

A family dog trapped inside a house fire is safe and healthy, thanks to the efforts of Wausau, Wis. firefighters. They carried the dog out of the burning building and used mouth-to-snout resuscitation to revive the labrador retriever.
