🍂 Fall Prevention Week at Bella Terra Streamwood! 🧡

We just wrapped up a fantastic Fall Prevention Week filled with education, engagement, and empowerment!

Our residents and staff came together for a week of activities focused on staying safe, active, and informed. A special highlight was an inspiring and informative presentation by our Medical Director, Dr. Sood, on recognizing fall risks and promoting safer habits.

✅ Residents participated in interactive sessions
✅ Staff shared best practices and safety tips
✅ Everyone learned something new — and had fun doing it!

It was a wonderful week of connection, care, and community, all aimed at preventing falls and promoting wellness.
