On Tuesday the Strongsville School System had their annual Staff Development Day. This year they opened the morning with an hour of Self-Care to all staff. The list of activates to choose from were diverse and gave teachers an opportunity to connect with themselves and each other in a mindful way. Blue Moon offered Yoga and Meditation to these warm and loving women. I am blessed to know you and have spent my morning giving you the goodness you deserve. Thank you for the opportunity to share in the ripple effect of good things for the Strongsville School System & Community.

November has always been a month of love and gratitude

This year our donations will go to the Laura’s Home. Please bring in special care items for women, children and babies. Our donation classes will be offered on Sundays at 10am and 20% of sales will be going to purchasing these items. A basket will be labeled in studio to give diapers, twin sheets and women’s care products upon weekly visits.

Let’s offer these everyday items for families in need to keep moral up and gratitude in their hearts this season. 🍁

Moving through our events for the month of October with ease. 🧡

Please join us for the second half of the month for a 3 day retreat, cozy comedy yoga and chakra meditation with sound. All details on the website and in newsletter.

This week in studio we have been talking about self-study. Svādhyāya with understanding ourselves more deeply. Taking more pauses resisting the urges to fix, adjust or control without acting on it. This can be applied on the mat and in our day to day lives. When we shift to the witness we come from compassion, truth and understanding. Growth happens naturally when we truly can see ourselves. Many blessings this week!

Let Them & Let Me
• Let Them: The freedom to let others be themselves, to make their own choices, and experience life without interference. By doing so you release yourself from others behavior and the stress that comes with it.
• Let Me: Is about taking responsibility in your actions and responses for self-empowerment and growth. 

Robbins is an advocate of detachment from situations beyond our control that leads to less stress and peace within. By doing so we can redirect toward our own goals and well-being and except that we all have our own path. The Let Them Theory is shared based on Robbins own experiences that led her to develop the 5 Second Rule. This rule helps overcome hesitation and take action in your life. 

“The Let Them Theory” serves as a guide for individuals seeking to reclaim their personal power and improve their relationships by embracing a mindset of acceptance and responsibility.
