This should concern every American.

Even when U.S. companies like Oxford Pharmaceutical can produce high-quality medicines at competitive prices, they’re being undercut by foreign manufacturers subsidized by governments overseas — and too often, those same importers are winning U.S. government contracts.

That system has to end.

We need targeted trade enforcement, AI-driven transparency, and federal procurement reform that makes U.S.-made medicines the default, not the exception.

When given fair access, American manufacturers can compete and win.
