Cole is the Owner & Head Instructor of Student 1st Martial Arts & Fitness in Monroe, NC, with deep expertise in grappling arts—holding a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Judo, a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and over 16 years of coaching wrestling. A state and national medalist, Cole brings championship experience and a passion for helping students grow technically, safely, and confidently.
