Supporting spiritual health is not a standard protocol; it can look different to everyone and MUST be consistent to be effective. Give one or more of these a try:

✨ Time in nature (barefoot whenever possible!)
✨ Prayer or meditation
✨ Mindful deep breathing
✨ Acts of kindness
✨ Prayer
✨ Fasting (food, digital, negative behaviors - it all counts!)
✨ Connecting with a supportive community
✨ Living each day in alignment with moral values
