Through a holistic approach, she combines personalized health coaching, advanced lab testing, and integrative detoxification therapies to reduce inflammation and support the body’s natural healing process. Sara has a background in exercise science and is certified in health restoration coaching, functional nutrition, and emergency nursing. She has over 10 years of experience in a local emergency department and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at a Green Bay health sciences college. ✨Today's Food for Thought is about STOPPING to do MORE!✨

I started reading a book, "Stop in the Name of God," that is transforming my outlook on this very topic! I am a perfect example of someone always striving to do one more thing, be more efficient and therefore productive with my time, send one last email, answer one last text...

There will always be more to do, but God commands us to STOP for one day and focus on HIM - unplug, reconnect with family, and rebalance yourself.

I challenge you to try stopping for one day a week. Starting is the hardest part, but every time you devote one day to this, I believe you will be better for it! 🙏
