In our family, spring doesn’t mean baseball or track season – it means pig pens, jackpots, and show rings.
As a stock show mama, I watch my kids train just like any other athlete. Early mornings, late nights, daily chores, hard work, dedication, and teamwork. Their teammates just happen to have four legs and curly tails.
This spring we’re gearing up for Western Bonanza and several other major regional and state jackpots, and these kids are READY to put all that hard work to the test.
But the reality is – this sport comes with real expenses.
