This month we focus on integration, meeting every part of ourselves with enough compassion that nothing inside us needs to be pushed away.
True empowerment isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about welcoming all parts of you home.

Monthly Gathering , every second Thursday of the month.We’ll rotate between Cheryl’s space in Jefferson and mine in Sublimity each month. Our first gathering will take place in Jefferson.
