What an amazing first year at NW Healing Alternatives ✨
I am truly grateful for what this space has been able to create.

Deep wounds were able to be felt. New friendships blossomed. There were tears and there was laughter. There was connection, within ourselves and with one another.

I can’t fully express how deeply grateful I am for every soul who walked through these doors. From sound baths to Reiki trainings, Reiki Shares, the open house, and individual sessions, you showed up. You saw what I was offering. And as I held space for you, you held space for me to grow, to grow as a healer, a business owner, and a leader.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Yesterday was our monthly Reiki share and everytime I’m reminded how sacred it is to gather in community.
The love, acceptance, and Reiki that flows between us fills every heart in the room.
I feel so grateful for this circle and the simple rituals that carry the medicine beyond the space.

✨ Headaches can be a sign of your body going through an upgrading✨

This week I noticed a very clear pattern with my clients, almost everyone mentioned headaches, head pressure, or feeling “off,” even though they were hydrated and well rested. I felt it too.

Energetically, this lines up with what many sensitives are experiencing right now. The planet is receiving higher frequency energetic waves, and our bodies are learning how to adjust. When new frequencies enter our field, the physical body has to recalibrate, especially the crown and third-eye areas, which can show up as headaches, ringing in the ears, dizziness, or the need for extra rest.

This isn’t a sign that something is wrong, it’s a sign that your system is upgrading. You’re learning to hold more light, more clarity, and a more aligned vibration.

During sessions this week, I focused on helping clients integrate these energies, ground their nervous systems, and release any resistance in the upper chakras. Almost everyone felt relief once their energy settled.

Even if the symptoms are uncomfortable, these frequencies ultimately support expansion: clearer intuition, emotional release, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

If you’ve been feeling similar sensations, you’re not alone and your body isn’t breaking down, it’s adjusting. Rest, hydrate, ground, and remember that Reiki can help smooth and support this integration process in a gentle and stabilizing ways as well. en
