I will continue to share until Christmas 🎄

Hey everyone,
As we step into the season of giving, I wanted to share something close to my heart. One of my students recently experienced a heartbreaking loss , his father passed away suddenly, leaving behind a devoted mother and three incredible children, ages 16, 7, and 3. This will be their first Christmas without him, and despite everything, their only response when asked what they wanted for the holiday was, “Nothing. We’re just grateful for the help we’ve received.”

Their humility is beautiful, but I know this family deserves a Christmas morning filled with light, comfort, and a little relief from the grief they’re carrying. A few of us teachers have put together **two Amazon wishlists** to help bring joy and support to them during this difficult time:

Hi friends 💜
On Sunday, September 7th at 8 PM EST, I’ll be holding an online guided meditation where we’ll take a sacred journey to reconnect with our inner child.
This meditation is about going back to that tender part of ourselves, the part that still carries our joy, creativity, and sometimes even unhealed wounds. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can meet your inner child, offer them love, and begin to heal and grow with them.
You don’t need to know how to meditate or have any prior experience, I’ll guide you every step of the way. All you need to do is show up, relax, and allow yourself to receive.
