🩵⛸️today was better. Did stretching , and with a tennis ball yesterday and today worked on some areas . In my lesson we kept movement small, more ‘natural’ as my coach said . The pain was minimal. Progress.
🩵⛸️now I’m feeling exhausted.
🩵⛸️wearing zip up skating jacket ‘toe pick survivor’ . Comfortable , stretchy and light weight 👍🏻

🩵we had wildfires here this week. Thank god for many many fire departments that came out to help extinguish the flames and keep us safe.
🩵needles to say this caused a lot of anxiety and rightfully so .
🩵I painted this abstract painting as an exercise I guess… to honor nature and its power.

🩵more love of matcha, and yes, I have many glasses. Clear are for distance since I’m extremely nearsighted since I was 7 and those big tortoise shell are reading I wear over contacts.
🩵it always amazes me when people get all upset if they need to start wearing glasses. I know it’s no big deal for me since I was so young . I can also choose frames in under 15 minutes . I know what works and what doesn’t . I also have a retina specialist since my 20’s. That’s no fun . But I can put on and take out contacts in the dark . Drops in also in the dark…. I’m a pro lol
