Our Story

Sugar Loaf Mountain Herbs is owned by Alicia Frosini who along with her husband Gene are long time Sugar Loaf residents and have a lifetime of experience growing and working with herbs and flowers on a wholesale level. Alicia established SMH in 2005 as a way to bring herbs and wellness into the community in a creative way, selling everything herb-related from tinctures to teas to gifts and dried floral arrangements.

In 2020 the Frosinis closed their doors on Main Street, but the company continues to thrive. Alicia and Gene have begun this year’s crop and will be selling their flowers & herbs from their workshop location, also in Sugar Loaf (details to come) this Spring. The workshop will also open its doors for shopping and wellness events at select times during the year. Those dates will be posted on Facebook and their website sugarloafherbs.com. Many of Alicia’s teas and herbal products are also available on her website and she will continue to update the online shop and add more.
