This weekend we lost one of our very best friends. ♥️ Kenneth "Catfish" Morrison came to work with us in 2009 as our very first full-time maintenance supervisor .... and very quickly worked his way into the hearts of everyone here. He wore many hats all those years at Courtyard Estates - plumber, electrician, mechanic, float builder, bus driver, baker, bingo caller, and was always building something for me from a vision I had!!
Through the years, our team created a culture at CYE for our community to be proud of ~ a place to call home for our most treasured people. We became a family taking care of family.
He put up with being bossed around by a building full of women and we tolerated his TALL tales! 😏He truly was family to all of us.
There are no words to describe what he meant to us and how much we will miss him! 💔
You're one of the good ones, Cat and we love you! 😇🐟🎣

🎃We had so much fun here at HW Sullivan on Halloween! 👻

Fun and creative costumes were everywhere, and our residents absolutely loved seeing family and community children come by for safe Trick - or - Treating.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made our Halloween even more spooktacular! 🕸️ 🍬🧡

The residents got creative with their own versions of pumpkin decorating and even a couple of bats joined the fun! 🦇 Halloween is upon us, and we’re just getting into the spirit. A few giggles and plenty of smiles all around! 👻🧡 🎃

🍎 Happy National Apple Day! 🍏
We kicked things off with a hilarious game of Apples to Apples , laughs were nonstop! 😂
Then we hit the road for a sweet little trip to the Okaw Valley Apple Orchard. The crisp air, juicy apples, and fresh cider made it the perfect fall outing. 🍂🍏
Great company, good snacks, and plenty of smiles everyone had a blast! 🍎❤️

There’s nothing like a drive in the country during the fall. 🍂 ✨ The trees showing off their beautiful colors, a few critters and maybe even a deer 🦌 along the way. That crisp autumn air! Sometimes it’s just nice to get out, take in the view and enjoy the ride! 🍁 Let’s roll!

We topped off our day here at Heritage Woods with Pumpkin Pie Blizzards! 🍂🥧🍦
Let’s just say... it got awfully quiet in the dining room once they were served. 😄
Safe to say they were a yummy hit!
