It’s the holiday season and some will gain 5-10lbs during the next several weeks but not my clients!

Why? Because with consistent macros and meal plans along with continuing a workout routine, we can work to maintain instead of gain.

Will the holidays, time with family and good food still be enjoyed? ABSOLUTELY! But it’s about what we do consistently that makes the difference.
