As Thanksgiving draws near, our little home feels extra warm and full of gratitude. Hearing our residents share what they’re thankful for reminded us just how much love and light they bring into these halls — they make this place feel like family.

And for all of us here at The Artesian Home, our hearts are so full. We are deeply thankful for every resident who calls this place home, and for every family who trusts us to love and care for their loved ones. You don’t just walk through our doors — you become part of us. Caring for you is one of the greatest honors of our lives.

✨🎄 Angel Tree Time! 🎄✨
We’re excited to kick off our Angel Tree for the residents here at the Artesian Nursing Home! If you’d like to help make someone’s Christmas a little brighter, please reach out — we’d love to have you join in.

To “adopt” a resident or get more information, please contact Myranda Shores at 580-618-3174. She’ll get you everything you need, including wishlists and details. We hope to have all gifts to the facility by Dec 15th.

Friday night was one for the books 🏈❤️
We had the honor of taking one of our residents someone who played a HUGE role in our local football community for so many years to a game he’s loved his whole life. The moment we walked in, it was clear just how much of an impact he’s made.

People from all over the stands recognized him instantly, calling his name, waving, and coming over to say hello. And in the sweetest moment of the night, every single football player came to the stands and some jumped the fence just to shake his hand and thank him for everything he’s done for the sport and for them.

To see his face light up… priceless.
These are the moments that remind us why we do what we do. ❤️

🎄✨ You’re Invited to Our Christmas Pajama Party! ✨🎄

Hosted by Complete Ok Hospice!

We’re so excited to welcome all of our residents’ family and friends to a very special Christmas celebration on December 18th at 6 PM! This is one of our favorite events of the year, and we can’t wait to fill the evening with joy, laughter, and holiday magic.

Slip into your coziest Christmas pajamas and join us for a night of festive fun. We’ll have steaming hot cocoa, plenty of games and activities, and an amazing dessert bar loaded with holiday treats your sweet tooth will thank you for! 🍫🍪🍰

And… keep your eyes peeled, because rumor has it that Santa himself might make a surprise visit 👀🎅. You never know what holiday magic may happen!

We hope to see you there as we come together to celebrate the season, make memories, and share the warmth of Christmas with our residents. ❤️💚ce

We’re calling on our amazing Sulphur community to help make this year extra special — whether you’re out shopping and want to toss an extra toy in your cart, or you’ve got a heart full of holiday cheer and want to give back, every single toy makes a difference! 🎄✨
