Introducing our new Sanctuary Sauna! 🧖‍♀️

Enjoy a spacious walk-in full spectrum infrared sauna, with a capacity of up to five people it is also available to individuals or couples offering the room to lie down. Regardless of the number of people you bring, all will enjoy the soothing and detoxing benefits of the sauna. Sessions include all options and a complimentary vitamin boosting beverage to supplement your nutrition and keep you hydrated. It is equipped with Bluetooth audio, optional LED light therapy, optional aromatherapy, and variable temperature controls. Sessions in the sanctuary are 30 minutes with an option to extend a session to 60 minutes and enhanced benefits reaped from the extra time. A shower is also available in the same room.
