Since we've closed out an incredible 2025, we want to celebrate the amazing accomplishments of our team and community:
✅ 397 calls for service answered with dedication and care
-Our highest call volume since 2021!
➡️ 103 hospital-to-hospital transfers
➡️ 13 fire standbys
➡️ 12 mutual aid requests supporting our neighboring communities of Hawkeye, Tripoli, Readlyn, New Hampton and Fredericksburg
👥 Welcomed 5 new team members – all EMTs or currently in class to become EMTs!
📈 3 current employees advanced their certifications from BLS drivers to EMTs – way to level up!
Every number tells a story of commitment, teamwork, and compassion. None of this is possible without dedicated team members giving up personal time to serve their fellow citizens and certainly not possible without the support and sacrifice of their families at home!
