✅ Sumner-Fredericksburg High School students age 17+—this is your chance!
Earn dual enrollment credits and kickstart your career in healthcare while still in school! 💪

This hybrid course prepares you to provide emergency medical care at a basic life support level. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to take the NREMT cognitive exam to become certified and start working as an EMT. 🩺

We had a blast at Trunk or Treat today!

Let us help you with lunch this Sunday. Line up on Carpenter Street across from the Post Office , headed north. As the line moves you will turn east on Main street and drive up to the Sumner American Legion. We will take your request for how many meals you would like. A free will donation will be accepted. Give us a minute or two, and we will bring your hot meals right out to your vehicle. Very limited seating will be available if needed. Monies raised are used for equipment upgrades, tuition for EMT and Paramedic students, and continual training for crew members. THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING SEMS!!

Today, we pause to honor the lives lost and the countless heroes who answered the call on September 11, 2001.

We remember the courage of first responders, firefighters, police officers, EMTs, paramedics, and everyday people who ran toward danger to help others. Their sacrifice and bravery continue to inspire us every day.

May we never forget.
