This week, our Senior Placement & Referral Specialist, Zac, joined Aspira Arrowhead for a special Veterans Day ceremony honoring the veterans living within their community.

We were grateful for the opportunity to partner with United Hospice & Palliative Care of Arizona in recognizing each veteran with a commemorative pendant. Zac led the ceremony in prayer and honored each veteran for their service, their courage, and their sacrifices.

We’ve been so fortunate to meet so many incredible veterans and families over the years, and getting to honor them and express our appreciation meant so much to us.

We are deeply grateful to every veteran who has served our country, and incredibly proud of Zac for leading such a meaningful ceremony for this community! 🇺🇸

Today we’re honored to celebrate two incredible women who bring so much to our team and to every family we serve!

Heather, our Office Manager, is celebrating her first year with Gentle Hearts! We’re so grateful for the intention, structure, and heart she brings to everything she does. Her impact is so much more than the day-to-day. She’s the steady hand behind the scenes, equipping our team to show up for families and for one another.

Kari McLeod is celebrating four amazing years as a Senior Placement & Referral Specialist with Gentle Hearts! Known for her deep compassion and advocacy, Kari has guided countless families with empathy and expertise, always ensuring they feel understood and supported with the right resources. Her work reaches beyond placement as a trusted guide and advocate within the senior care community.

Thank you, Heather and Kari, for all you bring to our team every day. We’re so lucky to have you both and can’t wait to celebrate many more years together! 🩷

We had such an incredible morning at yesterday’s Coffee Connections in Scottsdale! 🩷

We’re so grateful to everyone who took time out of their day to join our Senior Placement and Referral Specialist Jonathan’s third Coffee Connections event. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and welcoming new ones — all gathered around the shared mission of serving our senior community.

It’s been incredible to watch this community grow and to see so many caring professionals come together to connect and support one another. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a special morning!

If you couldn’t make it this time, we’d love to see you at our next Coffee Connections at Drip Coffee & Desserts in Glendale on November 20th at 9am. We hope to see you there!

We’ve officially outgrown our last Coffee Connections location! 🩷

The response from professionals across the senior care community has been incredible — so incredible that we needed a little more space for everyone to connect!

Join us this Thursday, October 23rd, at Paris Baguette in Scottsdale, a cozy new café just a couple minutes from where we originally planned. It’s the perfect spot to grab a coffee, meet familiar faces, and build new connections with people who truly understand the heart behind this work. Because together, we do better.

This is our third Coffee Connections, hosted by our amazing Senior Care and Referral Specialist, Jonathan. We’re so grateful to everyone who continues to help this community grow!

So many families begin this journey feeling uncertain and overwhelmed, unsure where to turn for help. Kari shared her perspective as a trusted guide who walks alongside seniors and their families through every decision, helping them find the personalized support they need.

Her heart for this work is a reminder that no one has to walk this journey alone, and with the right support, they don’t have to. We’re honored to have compassionate, experienced professionals like Kari on our team who pour so much care into every senior we serve. Thank you, Kari! 🩷
