Let’s run it back! 2025 was the year we served the most students and families to date. The 4th Annual Heart To Heart Holiday Giveback was Magical✨

During the holiday season, Heart To Heart Youth Empowerment Program was honored to serve 1,400 students and families, spreading hope, love, and joy throughout our community. 💛

Because of the incredible support of our community partners, sponsors, and volunteers, the holidays were made brighter as students received toys, clothing, hygiene items, and food—meeting both hearts and needs during the season of giving.

When we link arms, real impact happens. Thank you to everyone who stood with us and helped make this powerful giveback event possible. Together, we are building stronger families and brighter futures. 🎁✨

Over the weekend, Superintendent Ebert attended the Heart To Heart LLC Empowerment program Back to School event as they assist students with their social, emotional, and educational needs!

Students will receive:

✅ Backpacks & School Supplies
✅ Hygiene Items
✅ Family Enrichment Activities
✅ Live DJ
✅ Delicious food from a variety of food vendors

and so much more!

This event is open to the community and packed with resources for students and families!
