Today we proudly honor Shane Jasmin Young.

Shane Jasmine Young is an Attorney and Founder of Young Law Group: 46-time Best of Las Vegas Winner. Shane focuses her practice on Legal Life Planning, including Asset Protection, Trusts and Estates, Business, Long-Term Care, Kids Protection, and Pets Protection.

As a wife, mother of 5, and business owner, Shane is dedicated to empowering others to make well-informed decisions for themselves, their loved ones and children, and their businesses as well as other assets – keeping families and business owners out of court and conflict, providing true peace of mind and achieving goals such as protection, legacy, and generational wealth.

Shane grew up in Las Vegas, graduating Valedictorian from Green Valley High School in 1997. In April 2000, five months pregnant with identical twins, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After college, Shane and her family moved back to Las Vegas where she attended UNLV’s Boyd School of Law.

Shane was recently featured as a Top Businesswoman in Nevada by Vogue, Vanity Fair, Fortune 500, Forbes, and Entrepreneur Magazine and was honored to receive the International Leadership Award at the 20thAnnual ATHENA International Gala and induction to the Women’s Hall of Fame. She has been selected for the “40 Under 40” Award, Woman of Impact by the Las Vegas Aces and Game Changer by the American Cancer Society and was honored as the 2025 Boyd School of Law Alumna of the Year.

Shane and Charles are proud of their daughters: Caira, Shaira, Caylyn, Camryn, and Samara. Their oldest daughters are Boyd Law Students, and younger 3 attend Faith Lutheran Middle and High School and play basketball competitively.

An accomplished entrepreneur and six-time author, Gigi has dedicated her career to personal and professional development. She is the creator of impactful online courses focused on self-growth, healing, and empowerment. Her passion for uplifting others extends deeply into her community.

Gigi is also a social justice advocate and community activist whose work centers on being a voice for those often unheard. As the founder of the nonprofit organization Common Tree, she leads initiatives designed to equip individuals with the tools and support needed to change their lives.

Her leadership and impact have earned her widespread recognition. Gigi has been featured on Fox 5 News and Channel 13’s “The Morning Blend” Give Back segment. She has been honored by MY Vegas Magazine as one of the Top 100 Women, Top 40 Under 40 Professionals, Top 10 Boss Ladies, and Top Women-Owned Businesses. She is the Clinical Director at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV and the Founder and Owner of Health, Wellness & Integrated Care, a Las Vegas–based private practice.

Her work extends beyond traditional therapy to support individuals, families, and communities while addressing the systems that shape overall well-being.

Through clinical care, consultation, and community engagement, Natasha is committed to expanding access to equitable, holistic mental health services that support the mind, body, and spirit.

In this pivotal role, she drives initiatives that help Nevada families plan, save, and pay for post‑secondary education by opening doors to economic mobility and long‑term success.

Mathis-Coleman is a dedicated public servant from Southern Nevada with a steadfast commitment to public education. As a seasoned executive, she possesses extensive practical experience and a deep understanding of leadership and program development, inclusion and diversity, talent acquisition, strategic planning, employee relations, branding, and community engagement.

She actively volunteers with the Black Community Organization Network (BCON), Les Femmes Douze debutante program, and the Junior League of Las Vegas, where she serves as President. Additionally, she is a national social action commissioner for her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She currently holds positions on the Board of Directors for the Leadership Institute of Nevada (L.I.O.N.), The American Cancer Society of Las Vegas, and Teach for America (Nevada). Furthermore, she serves as President of the UNLV Alumni Association.

Dr. Mathis-Coleman’s leadership and service have been recognized across Nevada and on the national stage. In 2026, she was honored as Alumni of the Year by the Public Education Foundation, celebrating her longstanding commitment to expanding educational opportunity.
