With 6 years of experience, Bekah brings the perfect mix of strength, flow, and feel-good burn to every class. She’s certified in RYT-200, Tone & Sculpt, Barre, and Hot Pilates Core — so yes… you’re in VERY good hands.
💪 Favorite Pose: Plank
She loves plank because of how many ways you can level it up and challenge yourself — plus it fires up almost every muscle so you can truly feel the progress.
🧘♀️ Most Challenging Pose: Hip openers
Between running, strength training, and yoga, tight hips are real — and she’s right there with you working through them.

When she’s not teaching you can find Bekah snuggling her cats, coffee dates with her husband, and catching up on her favorite Bravo shows.
