Sound is what matters and vibration is everything. I truly believe this. I also deeply feel that sound is my purpose in this life. I am in the process of rebranding my sound practice.
I have been on a journey of growth and discovery and healing my heart.

I have new instruments that are so beautiful to play and hear. I am in the process of learning to live loop so that I can bring sound in a much more profound way. I am currently channeling music from my soul and soon you will see more. Stay tuned…

Learn how to use tuning forks for self care on the body and learn frequencies and how to use them to help heal yourself. You will be able to purchase tuning forks if wanted also our next workshop we will do another instrument. Tibetan bowls always available for purchase.

I wanted to share this because I am a true believer that sound can change the world. That it is the sweetest kind of therapist. 🎶🪄

Today our little Amelia had a melt down on the way home from a long day. This happens she has special needs. So when we got home I told her mama would get her my tuning forks to help calm her. Using my musical instruments has been the best way to calm my little girl. Isn’t she so precious.

I am doing a course for children at during fall break.
October 15-18
This is a 3 day course for only 80.00!
Your child will learn how to use the tuning forks, drums, crystal bowls, gongs, rattles and shakers, rain stick and learn a powerful ancient song, Tibetan bowls.

They will learn the fundamentals of being a healer, following their hearts and listening to the instrument and to themselves. They will gain confidence through sound.

Candle gazing, or Trataka, is a technique used in yogic meditation practice. The technique involves focussing on a single point of vision.
