Your journey starts with you! Fitness, health and wellness is not an easy road. LIFE isn’t easy. So choose you destination and go for it. CHOSE your HARD. Either way it won’t be easy!
These photos are 2+ years apart… change does NOT happen over night, but I happens regardless. I choose to live this strict regimen lifestyle, little to no parting, working, working out, eating clean, vacuuming, posing, missing out on events… the list goes on but I would do it ALL over again to get me where I am today.
In all honesty, I didn’t do it alone either. When I couldn’t see my potential I had my husband, friends, family, coach and random kind humans motivate me to keep going. REMINDING me why I started. To keep shining my light regardless of the struggle

Great workout... terrible quality of filming 😂 I missed .penn box jumps so I should be fired from social media queen! Lol

15 box jumps
12-15 step ups
Sled push then pull back
12-15 ball slams
We also recorded this on our last round so you’re seeing a genuine effort here! 🤣
Find a friend and push each other to become better! So proud of Dom and where we are going!
