Things I've learned from others:
1. Begin now from where you are.
2. Look at all problems as issues to create opportunities.
3. Focus on your assets.
4. Use money as power to change the world.
5. When mental thoughts are negative they become negative energy. Tune into the positive supportive ones.
6. Bless that which you want.
7. Faith is real, just not practiced enough.
8. It takes intelligence, design, and planning to create a human being. You are not here by chance. Believe there is a creator—God exists.

Consider this scenario: when someone inflicts deep emotional pain or trauma upon us, the resulting sadness can persist for an extended period—days, months, or even years.

Although we carry on with our lives, these lingering sentiments remain, trapping us in a cycle. Many individuals find themselves ensnared at this juncture, unsure of how to release these adverse emotions.

In fact, these negative emotions can become intertwined with one's self-concept, leading them to believe that these feelings are an inherent part of who they are. This belief system discourages any attempts at change.

If you desire a different way of living, it is imperative to acquire the skills necessary to relinquish these stored negative emotions that are hindering your progress.
