Going deeper into the fall season.
Hopefully with the full moon we have been able to see and let go of where we have been holding on too tightly.
Accessing more of our inner wisdom to help guide us further into the unknown.

Here is a mini read for these days leading up to the solstice this weekend.
Are you realizing yet, just how much of a mental prison you put yourself in? How much psychological weight do you carry around? It's time to release these burdens/sadness/grief/regret.
Time to settle up with your pain.
We will be planting new seeds this solstice and with that comes manifesting... Be fully aware that you are responsible for all your creations.
Including your old creations that need to be buried. For they are no longer viable.

Process, heal and move into planting seeds for new creations over the next 15-17 days.
Don't carry this mental or emotional weight for another year. Drop it now as the universe aligns to assist in just this.

For those that didn't get in for a session with me. Here is a nugget of wisdom that has come forward.

Just as the planets are going to align this solstice so will your becoming. There is nothing you have to do but get out of your own way.
Sometimes in our thoughts, we think we have to push or pull ourselves into what we think we want, to align with a thought of ourself.
We are nature, we are like the stars, no amount of wishing or wanting will align you before the divine timing of such events.
So relax and let go of anything that might be weighing on you. Open up to your own alignment by allowing it to occur.
