We had the absolute honor of meeting Ali Stroker at the Growth Code Conference in Miami, and her story left a lasting impact on all of us. 💙

Ali shared her journey of resilience, courage, and redefining what’s possible as the first wheelchair user to win a Tony Award. Her message was a powerful reminder that our circumstances do not limit our potential and that representation, perseverance, and self-belief truly matter.

At TEAM 4 Kids, we believe deeply in growth, inclusion, and showing up with purpose for our kids, our families, and each other. Hearing Ali speak reinforced why investing in people, perspectives, and personal growth is so important.
