Getting that work/play balance dialed is of the utmost importance. Living the lifestyle is always the goal, but sometimes you need a little reset. For me, the bicycle has always been a huge part of my life and why you will always see one in the clinic. Make it as easy and convenient as possible and the choice to do it just makes sense.
