I'm Chrissy Rice, an energy wellness coach, intuitive Reiki energy practitioner, yoga teacher, meditation coach, co-host of the Heal Your Life With Us Podcast and the Health and Harmony Podcast, co-author of the book Goldify and founder of Sunshine Soul Reiki. One of my passions in life is helping people heal and shift their mindset through the essence of energy healing, meditation and wellness coaching. Quiet mornings with Sully. Update on his healing journey. We have good days and bad days. Today is a good day. He wants to cuddle and take his meds. Some days he just wants to sit on his I don’t feel good chair and not take his meds and that’s okay. We are trying to find a balance with the meds that do work for him that keep him eating and comfy. 💙
