Yoga Mudra - being able to sit in a comfortable Yoga Mudra position and meditate can itself be a huge challenge! The longer you sit in your practice, the louder your body speaks; 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 3 hours, and it's ouch all over. Hips, ankles, knees, and sit bones all start to resist. So, how can you meditate when the physical body feels nothing but discomfort? If you wish to take your practice deeper, I highly recommend PEMF sessions. I have used it personally many times to prepare for long, extended meditation programs that have lasted several days. PEMF helps before meditation. This individual is an active practicing yogi; she noticed the subtle releases of all the tense areas in her body during her PEMF session and the ease with which she was able to sit and be still at the end of her session. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 The first and last image shows how much more easily she is able to sit, with knees, ankles, and hips having released their resistance. Her left heel is much closer to her sit bone, which aligns the subtle energy to flow more freely during meditation.

Though this image looks kinda weird!
This young lady had a severe reaction post Cataract surgery. Suffered 8 weeks with a constant cloudy eye and dry gritty feeling. Doctors prescribed 2 rounds of antibiotic drops that failed.
She decided to try PEMF sessions before taking the doctors steroid shot in the eye option.
3 weeks in with only 5 mins twice a week on eye 30mins on neck and upper back, and lungs and we have a success story!
Grittiness gone and can see better than before!
