If you have been living with chronic pain, please consider seeking the services of Board Certified, Licensed, Experienced Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Therapists. These are people who specialize in chronic pain conditions. Will it cure it? No ONE thing is ever a cure-all BUT your trained therapist will have attained skills that can help you manage your pain so you CAN stay off pain meds and you CAN work in your garden for a few hours and you CAN do your job all day but still have the strength to come home and play with your kids... Also remember something, your therapist wasn't GIVEN these skills, they worked hard and paid a ton of money for their education. You get what you pay for. Try NOT to skimp on your self care if you have complex, chronic conditions.
