Are you feeling alone in your breastfeeding journey? You are not alone and you are definitely the only one who feels that way!

Check out this post where Dr Karen shares her thoughts on breastfeeding education. To learn breastfeeding, we need to see breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is an important part of normal human physiology for mothers and babies, and as a culture we need to embrace it, not hide it. It's definitely easier to learn a new skill when you have the opportunity to watch others who have already learned the skill!
